this role was my snowball into AI. truly, i would’ve considered myself a noob prior to taking this job. now, i’m an agentic doctor. paramark taught me how to think very critically about a strong ICP, what matters to the people buying your service, and how to create value with generosity.
in the end, due to a very very tough fundraising market - our team had to make cuts. along with some insanely talented people including my brilliant manager, we found ourselves back on the market after less than a year.
this company is going to consistently be what i refer to as “the perfect culture” because i got excited to learn, excited to grow and excited to push it to the next level.
