what an amazing role to jump into the pandemic with. from my first day on march 22nd, i was thrown into an odd world that saw me learning a new industry, a new product and a new role style all while navigating the virus realm we lived in.
myself and one partner co-ran this building to ensure marin locals had access to private, communal office space during the shutdown. due to a renewed approach outside of wework fashion, our building saw incredible retention rates and active community engagement.
our events, while far and few between - mattered, and were thoughtful. our desire to get to know our community members knew no bounds, and the building remains in play because of the groundwork set during my time there.
